Taught to tweng??

Just got an email from a lady with a very interesting observation. She says most of the media personalities who weng vi-major are mostly from DAYSTAR! She names ’em Lilian Muli, Mark Maasai, Peninah karibe, Leisula (KBC), Ramah Nyang, Ann Waithera and Ann Kiguta.

Wasee wa Dayo…is it true?

Correction! Am told Masai is a Catho alumni and Karibe mos def not from Dayo

Thanks Steve!

Currently the media and PR industry in Kenya is dominated by Daystar graduates… And i dont think its a tweng. Its proper articulation of words.

What does it matter if they Tweng or not? What matters is if they get the news across with professionalism.

Why tweng at all? This is Kenya and not some European country. Speak with your natural kenyan accent BItches!
sometimes i can’t even understand what they’re saying ala Wobert Nagila.
