Nairobi law

Nairobi Law always makes my Twitter peeps go a little crazy – so tonight I’ll be reading the tweets instead of watching the show. It’s supposedly based on real cases (from Kenya)

I know our lawyers are not exactly exciting to watch in action (not that ACTION) I mean the courtroom. But Judy (who wrote most of Nairobi law’s script)  could have tried to spice things up kiasi. But from what we’re being told Nairobi Law was HURRIEDLY put together…the show was shot in one room (which is soo obvious) scripts to the actors were delivered a A DAY to shoot! Wooohooo I must applaud the actors for their good work cause gimme a script with such pathetic lines and it’s gonna take me 5 days to be ‘with it’ 3 days of continuous laughter and 2 days of trying to get the lines in between the laughter.

PLUS!!! The Divaness on the set was getting to some people! Girls and boys – kwani what did you expect trailers? That shit only happen in the states

Another thing – most of the actors have NOT BEING PAID for Season 1. And they’re already thinking of making another season

So shady

This is not exactly behind the scenes now, is it? I tried to watch the first episode, found nothing exciting and now well…it’s a trashy show.

  2. Interesting.

Which actors got their scripts a day before the shoot?

And which actors exactly are you applauding here?

    I ask because I know different….

  3. I watched it twice, nice concept, nice message being passed since they educate people on your rights when it comes to legal matters but wait a minute……..Camera work iko down, actors….some are at their best while other like Pinky…….wako downest mbaya. They need to get a professional camera crew to do this thing.

    • that camera crew is as professional as it gets. at least one of them is.

but if u give an expert fisherman a net with holes, he’ll still suck at fishing.

      that’s the reality!

i think the director of photography(if the producer knows what he is supposed to do) should be shot (with the camera they are using.) Is sleeping on the job period.
